The Hoover High School varsity boys’ water polo team lost to visiting Bonita High of La Verne 12-8 in a CIF Southern Section Division IV quarterfinal game on Nov. 4.
The Tornados previoulsy edged visiting Buena Park 12-11 in a CIF second-round matchup on Nov. 2. Individual statistics were not reported to the Glendale News-Press.
Hoover finished the campaign sixth in the Pacific League with a 3-4 record (13-9 overall).
