Oakmont League members will host a festive Casino Night on Saturday, March 18.
Co-chairs Kim Klosterman and Lydia Trout are planning a fun-filled “All In On Oakmont League” evening of dinner, casino tables, boutique and a raffle at Oakmont Country Club.
Two Glendale residents, Carolyn Beaton and Patsy Dewey, will be recognized for their years of dedication and service to Oakmont League.
Both women have generously supported the league’s philanthropic efforts since they became members in the ’70s and have worked together on fashion shows and social events.
Proceeds from the gala will support the league’s involvement with the Glendale YWCA, in addition to providing scholarships for Glendale Community College and local high school students.
Committee members include Mary Broerman, Amanda Duffy, Carol Eldred, Ellen Farewell, Mary Jo Ferrell, Jackie Kubel, Shauna Lehman, Mary Kay Prather, Liz Reed, Pam Sorem, Sharon Swinford, Allison Weir, Mary Wells and Katherine Yamada.
