The Crescenta Valley High School varsity girls’ soccer team routed host Burbank 5-0 in a Pacific League match on Dec. 21 as freshman Arianna Dominguez racked up three goals and two assists.
Junior Emily Martinez finished with one goal and one assist, sophomore Kira Lee scored one goal, and junior Aniela Migliaccio and sophomore Danielle Elias were each credited with one assist.
The Falcons (8-2-1 overall, 5-0 in league) will host Glendale for a league match on Jan. 4 at 3:30 p.m. before traveling to Pasadena on Jan. 9.

The Nitros lost to visiting Pasadena 8-1 in a Pacific League match on Dec. 21.
Senior Amelia Knur contributed 13 saves, freshman Elena Shakhbadaryan scored one goal and senior Kathleen Argueta finished with one assist.
Glendale (0-10, 0-5) will visit Crescenta Valley High for a league match on Jan. 4 at 3:30 p.m. before traveling to Burroughs High in Burbank on Jan. 9.

The Tornados lost at Burroughs High in Burbank 9-0 in a Pacific League match on Dec. 21.
Hoover (3-9-1, 0-4-1) will host Burbank for a league match on Jan. 4 at 3:45 p.m. before traveling to Arcadia on Jan. 9.
