This year’s honorees include Glendale Police Department’s Sgt. Jose Barajas, Kaiser Permanente’s Mario Ceballos and Glendale Unified School District’s Shant Sahakian. The awards presentation will include opening remarks by Glendale Mayor Dan Brotman, special guest speaker photographer Hannah Kozak, followed by a candle lighting ceremony.
