Hundreds of Home Again Los Angeles supporters recently attended the California Dreamin’ gala to raise funds for the life-changing work done for those experiencing or on the verge of homelessness.
The annual gala took place at the Glendale Civic Center, where guests enjoyed an evening of fundraising, dinner and live music provided by the band FM Radio. Local businesses donated several gift cards, fine goods and travel packages for the silent auction.
The evening was completed with the city of Glendale receiving the 2023 Impact Award for their continued partnership to assist the unsheltered secure housing. The Augustine family received the 2023 Hand On, Hearts In Award for their generous support.
“I am so thankful for the great attendance of over 400 Home Again L.A. supporters who joined us at our 9th annual gala,” said Albert Hernandez, Home Again L.A. CEO. “It speaks to the trust that the community has in our agency as we bring hope and solutions to those experiencing or at-risk of homelessness. Our work could not be done without the amazing and impactful honorees, the City of Glendale and the Augustine family; who walk alongside Home Again L.A. in this meaningful work.”
