HomeCommunity NewsPTA Provides Thanksgiving Meals for Families in Need Community NewsFront-Grid PTA Provides Thanksgiving Meals for Families in Need By Outlook Newspapers November 30, 2023 0 142 FacebookTwitterWhatsApp The Glendale Council Parent Teacher Association partnered with Glendale Unified’s Student Wellness Services department to sponsor 100 families at its annual Thanksgiving food drive. In addition to collecting many boxes of food, the group also collected more than $2,600 in grocery store gift cards. Each school site PTA held food drives at their respective schools, which allowed the Glendale Council PTA to donate these goods to the district’s most in-need families.
