The Adams Hill Neighborhood Association gave the community an opportunity to become artists during its “Make Art in the Mini Park” event at Adams Square Mini Park last Saturday. People of all ages and abilities were invited to take part in the association’s holiday display in the historic gas station building at the park. Event organizers distributed cardboard rectangles for participants to paint in bold color schemes and combined these rectangles to create a collaborative mural, which is now on display for the holiday season. - Photos by Kennedy Zak / Glendale News-Press
