Glendale Water and Power will host its Electric Car Guest Drive event on Dec. 2, which will feature a wide variety of electric cars, including the Rivian R1T, Ford F-150 Lightning, Tesla Model Y, Hyundai Ioniq 5 and popular electric bikes from various manufacturers.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., educational representatives will be available at Glendale City Hall to discuss methods of charging EVs at home, work and in public, and provide general information about owning an EV.
Reserve a spot to test drive these electric vehicles by visiting gwp.evnavigator.com/evdrive.html. If a resident’s preferred drive time on the website is not available, they can still attend on a walk-up, space available basis, with on-site registration.
