GWP Seeks Community Feedback

Glendale Water and Power and GreatBlue Research Inc. are conducting a digital customer satisfaction survey among residential water and electric customers.
The purpose of these surveys is to gather opinions of customers regarding their perception of and satisfaction with GWP customer and field service experiences, communication preferences and interest in programs and services.
One member of each household is encouraged to take each survey. Residential customers can take both surveys if they receive electric and water services from GWP. Once the link is clicked, customers can choose their preferred language. The surveys are available in English, Armenian, Spanish, Tagalog and Korean.
Surveys will be open until Dec. 1 or when a set number of responses have been received by GreatBlue Research Inc.
