Glendale Police Chief Manny Cid will be the guest speaker at the Northwest Glendale Homeowners Association’s annual meeting on Thursday, Nov. 16, in the Brand Library Auditorium at 7 p.m.
The meeting will be open to all Glendale residents, and questions will be taken from the audience.
Additionally, the association will hold its annual election for board of directors at the event.
