CVHS, Hoover Athletes Compete in CIF Finals

The Crescenta Valley High School girls’ varsity swimming and diving team sent a pair of athletes to compete in the CIF championships at Clovis West High School (near Fresno) last weekend.
Zara Ayazi placed 10th in the one-meter dive finals with a 453.00 score. Meanwhile, junior Chloe Addiego (56.36) took 16th in the 100-yard butterfly while finishing 30th in the preliminary round of the 50-yard freestyle with a 24.00 time.

HOOVER

Hoover High School senior Massimo Reyna competed in the CIF championships at Clovis West High School last Saturday. He placed 16th in the boys’ 200-yard freestyle with a 1:41.48 time.
