The Montrose Verdugo City Chamber of Commerce will hold its second annual Egg My Home event in observance of Easter, in which it will scatter fun-filled Easter eggs around customers’ yards for the holidays.
Locals are invited to order Easter eggs filled with wrapped candies or small toys to be scattered, not hidden, in their own yards, or donate such eggs to be scattered in the yards of local underprivileged families. Some gold-colored eggs will have $100 gift certificates for local businesses.
Customers can order 30 eggs for $35, 50 eggs for $50, 70 eggs for $65, 100 eggs for $85 and 200 eggs for $150. Orders can be placed by visiting bit.ly/MVCCbunny, and there is an order deadline of April 11.
The event is sponsored by the Crescenta Valley Weekly, Net Techy, Spiritual Heart Yoga Center, Verdugo Plumbing and the Glendale Police Department.
