Golfers Swing Big for Glendale Youth Alliance

Amanda Faissal from the office of Assemblywoman Laura Friedman presents GYA Executive Director Karine Grigoryan with a certificate of recognition.

Glendale Youth Alliance and the Glendale Chamber of Commerce partnered together to hold the 2024 Charity Golf Tournament on May 20 at La Cañada-Flintridge Country Club.
Many community leaders, elected officials, businesses and organizations joined sponsors, golfers, donors and supporters to make the event a success. With more than 70 golfers participating, GYA was able to raise more than $17,000 in proceeds that will be reinvested in programs and serving the youth within the community.
Assemblywoman Laura Friedman issued a certification of recognition to the Glendale Youth Alliance and the Glendale Chamber of Commerce at the event.
For more than 31 years, GYA has made a significant impact on the lives of more than 12,500 youth. GYA’s impact is made possible through community support of its programs and fundraising efforts like the Charity Golf Tournament.

First-, second- and third-place awards on display at the Charity Golf Tournament.
