The Glendale High School varsity girls’ lacrosse team lost to visiting Roosevelt 9-7 in the semifinals of the CIF Southern Section Division III playoffs on May 7.
The Nitros opened the CIF playoffs in the quarterfinals with an 11-5 victory at Valencia on May 4 after receiving a first-round bye. Individual statistics were not reported to the Glendale News-Press.
Glendale finished the campaign as undefeated Prep League champions with an 8-0 record (16-5 overall).
