Glendale Residents Found Dead in Riverside County

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department received information from the Glendale Police Department regarding a suicide threat on April 28 at 9:27 a.m.
Information obtained by the Glendale Police Department revealed two individuals had threatened suicide and were possibly in the area of Cajalco Road and La Sierra Avenue in the unincorporated area of Riverside County known as Lake Mathews.
When Lake Mathews Sheriff’s Station deputies responded to the area, they found a vehicle with two dead individuals inside. The individuals were later identified as Glendale residents Matthew Haze, 54, and Naomi Haneji-Haze, 53.
As of May 2, the incident is being investigated as a murder-suicide. Due to the ongoing investigation, no additional information will be released.
