Glendale, Hoover Entertain in Battle for the Bell

The high school rivalry football game between Hoover and Glendale was renewed for the 82nd time on Thursday evening at GHS’ Moyse Field. In addition to the players, both schools’ bands, cheerleaders and fans were a beautiful part of the tradition.
In what turned out to be one of the most exciting games in the rivalry’s history, the Nitros scored a touchdown on the game’s final play for an 18-13 come-from-behind victory over the Tornados.
