Glendale Youth Orchestra 35th Anniversary Season Auditions
Auditions for the Glendale Youth Orchestra’s 35th Anniversary season are due on August 17th. The GYO has a very exciting season planned ahead season highlights include the California Festival: Celebration of New Music, Dvorak Symphony 8, Concerto Competition, Rimsky Korsakov Scheherazade, Tchaikovsky Symphony 6.
The GYO performs three concerts each season at the Alex Theatre. Members range in age from 12-23 and must participate in their school music program (if there is one). GYO has a generous scholarship program for tuition assistance available.
