The holiday season can be felt throughout the Greater Downtown Glendale Association, an area of the Jewel City spanning above and below the 134 Freeway from Stocker Street to Colorado Street, from Central Avenue to Maryland Avenue, including the Artsakh Arts District.
While patrons usually flock to shopping and entertainment hubs like the Glendale Galleria and its neighboring Americana at Brand property, there’s more to see and do than meets the eye. With ample public parking all around the downtown area, visitors can meander through the district for dining and entertainment, see an in-person production at the Alex Theater or tour the Museum of Neon Art. The area features a variety of unique shops and some of Southern California’s best restaurants and bars.
